What is CNC?

Computer Numeric Control (CNC) refers to how the design is processed by a computer that automates the production. In short CNC just means robots are making your components.

What materials can you process?

Anything softer than Steel. This includes all grades of wood, plastics, foams, and soft metals such as aluminum and brass.

Do you accept one off jobs?

We do! Since we charge by time 1 piece or 1000 pieces is all the same to us. We have done one off jobs such as boat components, antique dresser part reproduction, Logo engraving, and panel cutting.

What size material can you handle?

Our router table has a working area or 5’x10’ with a z axis of 10”

Our ornamental lathe can handle a 14” diameter up to 10’ long.

What file types to you accept?

Most standard file types are acceptable including;

  • Vector (.svg .pdf .ai .cdr)

  • 3D (.dxf .v3m .skp .obj .3ds)
